– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 large eggs

– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
– 1 cup vanilla pudding, prepared

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.
